RISK PREVENTION

The improvement in risk prevention and the integration of safety criteria in the workplace developed by TALLELEC is one of the priority objectives of our organisation.

In TALLELEC we attempt to make risk prevention an activity integrated in the organisation general functioning, promoting safe behaviour and having all the necessary materials and human means available for this to be possible.

At the same time, we attempt to provide our employees with all the necessary training in order for the accident rate in the carrying out of their activities be reduced to a minimum. Thus, the carrying out of a 50-hour course in risk prevention of all TALLELEC employees dedicated to installations and maintenance on site is part of the objectives of the company.

The same as quality and environment management, TALLELEC risk prevention is made up of principles and a policy making up our action base, and one of our company’s future objectives is to integrate the three management systems in only one. We will attempt to achieve a company maintaining an optimum management and this will directly influence the increase in customer satisfaction.
