TALLELEC, S.L. is an organisation committed to the preservation of the environment. We are aware that in the achievement of economic objectives, not only should the company seek its own profit, but also should take into account the impact of its activity on the environment.

For this reason we have implemented an Environmental Management System, certified since 2004 in compliance with the ISO 14001:1996 standard and the EMAS European Regulation. Within this system, we have established the following principles that determine our environmental policy.

• The protection of the environment is a determining factor in the development of our activity.
• The continuous improvement is established as an essential principle for the action, based on prevention, instead of on correction. Optimising the human and material resources, including raw material, to the permanent improvement with respect to the environment, preventing contamination.
• All the employees are responsible for the protection of the environment, and this is why TALLELEC, S.L. organises environmental training and awareness workshops focusing on the Environmental Management System of the organisation.
• Personnel suggestions are welcomed, for the improvement in the environment protection field.
• TALLELEC undertakes the commitment with the applicable environmental legislation and regulation, and with other applicable requirements undertaken by the organisation, with respect to activity and geographical situation.
• Adequate waste management is an essential activity in TALLELEC S.L. environmental management.
